MY APPROACH I help people who are struggling to lose weight and want to have a healthy lifestyle. I do this by working together to discover where the hang ups are and working through them together. 

 

I do this by having one on one sessions either in person or through skype. We me twice a month for six months. I have found this is the minimum amount of time to make the changes  permanent and to see the results you are looking for.
